Winstanley & York Road Regeneration LLP is the Joint Venture (JV) partnership between Wandsworth Borough Council and Taylor Wimpey to deliver the regeneration of the Winstanley and York Road estates.

The JV is made up of staff both from Wandsworth Borough Council and Taylor Wimpey, and we will deliver the redevelopment together. Joint working is essential to the success of the scheme so that local people are able to make the most of the opportunities created as a result of this regeneration. This includes employment and training opportunities (such as apprenticeships and workspace for business start ups) on and around the site, and we will also be bringing more sporting and cultural activities to the area during the regeneration.

HTA Design LLP is a practice of around 200 architects, urbanists, planners, landscape architects, interior designers, sustainability specialists, graphic designers and researchers, with a focus on creating great residential places and a 50 year track record of the design and delivery of better housing. 

HTA led the masterplanning and planning submission of the regeneration and are architects, landscape designers and the branding and engagement team for various phases of the development.
